INTERFAITH SHELTER
The Interfaith Shelter Network is a collaborative effort by local congregations, human services agencies, and government entities to provide shelter, services, and resources to homeless San Diegans throughout the region.
We will host the rotating homeless shelter here at the church from Saturday, Feb. 24th to Saturday, Mar. 9th.
We need overnight hosts, supplies, and food. If you can support this fantastic mission, please click on one of the links below to sign up.
If you have questions regarding the schedule/donations, please contact Aries Ramirez at aries.ramirez@fumccv.org.
A Note From Our Missions Team:
There are many ways to participate and make this a successful shelter season. From being part of our pickup & set-up crew to cooking fresh dinners for our houseless friends, there's something for everyone to participate in. Please take some time to look at the different roles below, and see if any of them match what you can give this season of your life. Pray on it, and find it in your heart to sign up.
